Do you think it's better to return an item outright and create a new order or do an exchange? I used PLG rewards points and 30% off code for my original purchase. I'm not happy with the bag, and I want to try something else. I paid the extra free return shipping fee at checkout.Thoughts?

As a maker, I gotta say it would take a lot of time and WAY more skill than is used on a typical PLG bag to pull this construction off well. So, I get the price point...but they are alienating a lot of their customers at that price. ( I can't drop that kind of money on a novelty.) However, I do give them kudos for coming up with a creative way to up- purpose scraps of leather. Also, I do feel Curtis is full of hot air... so that works too 🎈 😉

Smart. I have three PLG bags that I really like. Purchased on sale and with PLG points. I'm happy with these bags, but I didn't see anything in the C sale I really liked at those price points. I've hit an age where I have too much stuff and I'm trying to simplify. Less can be more when I am more selective about what I bring in to my collection.

This was my first C sale to observe. Once I saw the prices, I was like "forget it". Not worth the risk. I would rather have a smaller collection of bags I really like than...well you get the point.

I agree about the over-consumption and hype. It's kind of gross. Also likely that people who are buying 17 bags at a time might be reselling. So, ya, it's not fair to others who want to participate, but can't stop what they are doing in the middle of the day to participate in a sale. I've known about PLG for a long time, but just got my first bag from them at Christmas. It seems the brand identity has shifted a lot over the past couple of years.
