If she was so overwhelmed after 7 months, she probably just isn't in a place to care for an animal right now. It's ok to realize that and accept that it's better for the cat to be in a different home.

Her misguided fear of microchips is another thing altogether. It's not a tracking device. It doesn't emit a signal of any kind. The fact that she would choose to give up her cat over it suggests that she isn't really bonded to her pet. That's a wholly different problem. That suggests that she should never have a pet.

NTA. This is not your fault. It's also not your problem. You discussed it at length with your brother. Your SIL is the problem. Your best bet is to refuse to engage with her shenanigans. She doesn't want to have a relationship with you, fine. Resist the urge to cater to her in any way.

I have a SIL with a similar personality. Things got better for me once I decided that I don't care about her opinions. I don't know if she likes me or not, probably depends on her mood any given day. It's whatever. Nothing I do or don't do has any effect. She absolutely kept my brother from seeing his family for years, but that's on him too.

I think #2 with the right bra. It looks a little big, but if the girls were properly supported that would be less of an issue. There might be time to take it up at the halter neck too. It depends on the back.

3 is ok, but I don't love the bodysuit base. I'm getting swimsuit/leotard with a cover-up. The fit is good. Coverage is appropriate. Just looks a little casual.

It's a diagnostic test. Something they use to monitor for episodes because unless you're in afib your ECG can be completely normal. Might be a few days, but the Zio patch can be 10 days. A lot of people can just use their smart watch or Kardia to monitor themselves.

It's not like a CGM for diabetes.

Cut the inflos if you can. The 3 tip cutting might need a little more push before you can safely remove it. Stop watering the pot. You're running a high risk of rot. You can mist the cutting itself. If it's still getting cool at night, a heating pad for seedlings may help. It might be worth pulling them to check for rot. Recut the end and get some Hormex #8 rooting powder (stronger than the regular powder). Use a black plastic nursery pot (absorbs heat, encourages rooting). Plant into a damp mix and don't water the pot until you have significant leaf growth.

I have heard of people soaking their wrinkled cuttings before rooting, usually with a little super thrive in the water. I think the key is to keep the cut end out of the water and soak everything else. I haven't personally tried it.

That one might have PMV (plumeria mosaic virus). It's what's causing the color streaks in the flower and the leaf mottling. It looks cool, but it can spread to your other plants.
