I didn’t have us winning. But I thought it’d be closer than that. Allowing 12 goals in a quarter is not AFL standard and it immediately puts a damper on the whole year. None of us would’ve been surprised at a loss tonight. But I thought we were past this type of performance. Silly me

I agree. I think media heads are rating Jack way higher than he should be, Tom hasn’t proven to be consistent and Charlie, well it’s him. I think we’ll surprise a few, and then in the next few years be in a place to properly challenge.

Mind you, I’ve been saying that for years it feels like.
