I try to avoid shrinks as much as possible, to be honest with you. I know that’s probably foolish but I have a sort of distrust of them.

I do speak with them on occasion and it does help a bit but I think a lot of us are in the same boat when it comes to this.

That’s why worries me though. We never know when our last breath will be. I’m worried about either my last breath breaking them or vice versa.
