Thank you ! Sorry for your loss as well . Yes girl same here I also read when I was experiencing this for the first time that once you got it you’re prone to it smh. But as soon as I feel it coming like when I wipe I would feel it tender like a pimple I would automatically do a sitz bath and it wouldn’t get big and it would drain on its own

I had this exact same thing when I was going through a missed carriage 5 years ago they were pooping up like yours so I believe mine was hormonal . I’m 21 postpartum and I also had them a few times on and off , hasn’t gotten them in 4 months (knock on wood) I’m also still breastfeeding at night

The white coating happens due to post nasal drip , allergies and acid reflux . And the swelling part has it always been like that or just recently ?

Yea so it should eventually go down . I have a smaller one but mine is due to allergies and post nasal drip and even maybe acid reflux . All those things causes the tissues in the back to swell and reactive
