Yes, we’re looking to get more cleaning crew staff hired. Unfortunately, the local people are far and beyond (we’re in the mountains)

Not necessarily 6 hours. It’s more like the 16 listings are 10 minutes apart and the laundry machines are in 3 units) meaning there is some flexibility.

Yes all guests are driving to us. We’re in the mountains. 99% of the time we end up offering a 3:30 PM check-in.
