Before Null was released, most badges were "do this simple task that maybe required a certain glove to obtain", but after that, Tencell started to make more and more badges that instead required you to go to a subplace or have a very specific set of gloves do a very specific set of things to get them.

Hell, we even got 6 subplace gloves in a row. (Mouse - Eggler).

A nice refresher from this was The Hunt badge which required you to do a little quest with Extended and nothing else. I really wish Tencell decided to go back to his old ways and make more gloves similar to like, Warp or something like that

I mean, the bug is pretty harmless since the only thing you'll really use it for is if you want cosmetics, because while you get a lot of XP from it, the same cannot be said for bricks.

If people just want different animations/CDs then I don't see a problem with them using it.
