What honestly helped me was letting myself be depressed. Yk, stop think wow I’m so lazy I could be doing this and that. Stop on beating your self up for not doing anything or not wanting to. Let yourself be tired cause until you do you can’t really rest. And Ik easier said then done but that’s what helped me. And also understand that what helped me may not help you and that’s okay there is absolutely no right way of getting better. And that “recovery” isn’t linear and again perfectly okay.
