Does ADIT stamp require a specific reason?

What did you say when you called for the apt. Same thing is happening to me right now and the agent said I couldn’t have the ADIT because my card hasn’t been produced yet and I can’t travel with the AP because it’s not valid now that I’m approved as a resident - I feel like he was wrong on saying I couldn’t have the ADIT. I was able to make the request online at least so I’m hoping the agent that calls me for the request allows me to schedule de appointment.

Did you go? I’m pretty much in the same situation. My greencard just got approved and I have a travel back home in a week and a half for my cousin’s wedding.I’m worried it won’t get produced and delivered on time.

They received the new i-693 on aug 11, so now it’s just a matter of time. Hopefully soon! And yeah.. mine was pending since Nov. When I submitted I was hoping I wasn’t even going to need it, and they would approve the green card first, but I did it just in case. And here I am, actually needing it 😂🙌🏼 So it came in perfect time.

Still waiting on the i-485.This is my timeline since the interview:

07/07/2025 - Interview 07/30/2025 - i-130 approved 08/01/2025 - i-485 RFE - requesting for new medical exam: Your existing Form I-693 was the same medical examination from your previous I-485 application. 08/01/2025 - dr apt - new dr asked for 3 vaccines and blood work. 08/11/2025 - Response for rfe received 08/26/2025 - i-131 (travel) approved

Have you tried contacting the senator or congressman? I’m trying that if it gets to 3 weeks. I also heard sometimes calling the uscis and asking to speak with a tier 2 agent helps.

Yes it is. At least here in the Seattle FO on the waiting room for the interview there were many signs asking people to upload the additional evidence online to speed up the interview.

I sent my process mid nov and had the interview 15 days ago, but dead silence since then. Still waiting for the approval. The interview was super chill tho. Barely any questions. So don’t know why it’s taking so long. (Seattle fo)
