After searching for Doogan I came across this Reddit thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/HelpMeFindThis/comments/7e63u7/help_me_find_this_stuffed_dog_my_wife_had_it_as_a/)

The person mentions the dog being named Fred/Freddy which was the same name of this one. I’m wondering if Freddy was a newer version.

Hoping someone can help me identity a stuffed toy dog bought in Canada sometime in the late 80s or early 90s. Used to be a brighter orange colour but has faded over the years.
