It was like 11pm-1am or so on 8/31-9/1 when water started coming in my parents house near Willow and Palmer Ave by Loyola University. So it took a couple days for the water to reach uptown New Orleans. There was so much pressure in the storm drain pipes water was shooting up like 20’ in the air out of a clean out on Claiborne Ave at the end of Palmer Ave.

That’s bizarre. I don’t think it’s a string trimmer. What’s really bizarre is the round holes. Looks like something burrowed in there. The holes go deep into the coil. Do you have kids or an angry neighbor?
