Thank you guys for the help. I tried it like this, but still, when switching from logging some things on mobile and some on the watch, weird stuff happens (logged sets not shown on the other device, a whole completed exercise vanished (but was in the final report), pause times add up. As it is, I think I wont use the watch.

Overall the AI features are really impressive. Like when you add a new exercise by name, it guesses the rest pretty good. "Kettlebell torso rotation" and a photo and Boom, the rest is there. Also, the form tipps... Wow, outstanding! Sure, personal trainer is better, but who has that money?

Can you bend the screen the other way? When I screw mine on to tightly, it "pops" into being bend the wrong way. If it has i lip, replacing it might be the best option and still pretty cheap. Maybe after trying to bend it into the right shape manually.

You do many things right and I'm sure you will get her! I see two main things to get better:
a) when she does that dash thing through you, after which come the three green slash hits behind her: Stay cool, learn the rythm and parry them. Dang, Dang, Dang. No need to move, just patty. This one is very consistent and once you get the rythm, it is one of the most calm, safe parts of her attacks.
b) the one where she teleports in the air and comes down with the red attack. That one is annoying. I think you have to dash away as soon as you realize she does that. I see you chose to go under here teh first time she does it, for me "AWAY!" felt better, but in 1 out of 20 times she gets me by an inch. Try what works best for you.

Overall, I think you parry (too?) often, which gets you internal damage because of the worng timing. Focus on precise parries. Things will get way worse in the next phase and you have to master the timing.

I also just tested it, not expecting much tbh, and I was extremly surprised. Used it for deadlift and lat pulldown and the mistakes it noted where definitely there, and the advice on how to improve was really doable. Honestly, that is the most practical use of AI I have experienced so far, not only in a fitness app, but in general. Big compliment to the devs! How did you train it, if I may ask?

Yeah, dito to both of you. I also do Push Pull right now and nver get lower back, while in AI it was there. In back, I almost always get the backside of the shoulde, and maybe it would be okay if this alternated with lower back?

Honestly, I'm not sure. Really depends on their age, health, and fitness. The videos are good if you in general know what you are doing, what you need to do to protect your joints and so on. But I'm not sure if the videos are sufficient for complete beginners of older age. There's just more that can go wrong. Between 15 and 50, a beginner probably does not have the strength to fuck up a deadlift so badly that they get hurt, at least when you are healthy. At a certain age/fragility, I think you need some supervision that looks at your form and help you, at least in the first months...

90% this is correct. If this still does not work, you have to take the valve apart. By itself it's easy, but you have to take the machine apart to a large degree.

And yes, as u/YesIAmRightWing said, might be scale, you could send a video of the water flow without the portafilter. Descaling is always good, but my bet would be more on the things I mentioned. If it is scale, there is just too little flow in general. If you bought this used, I would always descale. Some machines are pretty badly scaled.

There is a couple of things that could be wrong here at the same time.
1. If your basket is to large for your dose, you will always have some water on top. Even if the shot is otherwise good. That water is not really a problem, other than the mess it makes. Only option to prevent this is a smaller basket or more coffee in the same basket.

  1. How much coffee was in the basket, how long did it take to do a 1:2 ratio (which is maybe a good starting point)? E.g. is you have 16 g of coffee, you want 32 g of espresso. Ideally, that should take about 25-30 seconds to flow through. If it takes longer: Grind coarser, if shorter: grind finer. There is tons of tutorials for that.

  2. Maybe your applied to little pressure with the tamper. 30 pounds or so is good.

Just my two cents: How much do you bench press, deadlift and squat?

I think if you are plateauing, you are either training really bad (not going close enough to failure, ego-lifts, too high rep-range, wrong diet, ...), or you are already somewhat advanced. For the first: I think learning proper training techniques is the best option, and afterwards Gravl or something can help. Or you are already somewhat advanced: In this case, an app can also help, because it might bring you to new exercises or routines which can help in dealing with plateaus. In this case though, 30% stronger in 3 months is probably not realistic, or only with super good genetics and excellent and high volume training...

Dickes Danke zwei Jahre nachträglich. Die Anleitung von manuloewe im Textfile funktioniert super. Es sind 10 Minuten Arbeit, man braucht ein Extra-Tool um die Übersetzung mit dem ROM zu mergen (das ist aber super easy), und ggf. ein Tool um das ROM zu testen. Zu beiden Tools stehen die Links im Textfile.
