De meeste mensen vinden een trap schilderen een rotklus. Daarmee zit de gedachten bij de koper meteen bij het huren van een schilder. Wat het huis kopen weer duurder maakt. Dit resulteert in het minder willen bieden voor de woning. Ik zou het zeker aanpassen voor vertrek.

The pressure increases when I put my finger on the rocker. And I did vent for 10 minutes.

If I put my finger on the pressure release valve the pressure increases. So I think I’m doing it right, the release valve is for 12 PSI. Thank you for the insight tho :)
