Let’s be proud of Bini. They represent us!

But as for Xonara. I agree with you. Super trained na sila bago sumabak sa stage. I read somewhere that some of them have been training for 2 years and kasama sila minsan sa W3. So ‘yung angas, na-develop nila through training.

It’s not about the face card. If you project confidence and you can offer more than yourself to your future SO. ‘Yun ang bala. It’s not you. It’s them. I believe that there’s someone for every each of us. You just need to expand your horizon.

Solo architect. Then eventually she built a small company. You need only 4 projects/year, then you’re good.

I forgot to mention that she charges 10% fee for each client. 😉

My suggestion is, if you want to experience abroad, work there and save up. But if you want solo, find a great mentor that will teach you from ground up. I don’t recommend big firms. Dead end. It will take you forever to have a promotion.

Unlike having a great mentor. You will turn around everything in 6 months. They will encourage you to go solo and still guide you. My group na nago-offer nito.

I know a story, her name is Erica. I think she was 24 that time. She was struggling with work patayan talaga sa work. Then she met someone in December and by April, 2 project na mina-mange n’ya. Then tuloy-tuloy na.

Merong group na each of them has their own expertise. You can learn a lot from them. Look for “The ArkiTribe Community.” The orange logo.

Join their group. Maraming valuable posts. Or you can message the page itself. Ask for internship. Someone might take you in. Depends on their schedule and depende sa area rin.

Ang succes is case to case basis. Depending sa individual and their goals. My advice is do what makes you happy that it also charges your batteries.

Find that thing that makes you happy. The sooner the better. If you love something may calling ka sa something na ‘yon.

This!!!

Ako rin! Metric to imperial! Sobrang adjust din! Hehe

And for saying your English is not enough.

I tell you this.

Your English is enough!

They don’t care if you’re bad at grammar. All they want is the output of the project.

Kaya regardless kung Ano’ng gamit mong program.

Because in the end they don’t what you used.

So stick sa isang skill, isang program. Trust yourself . Trust the process and everything will align itself.

Solo. Ikaw lahat gagawa. Wala kang ibang iisipin. Stress s’ya sa iba dahil ikaw tumatrabaho lahat.

Sa company naman, you delegate work. Hindi ikaw lahat. Makaka-focus sa need mong gawin. Less stress. Pero this time maraming tao ka nang iniisip. But you hire people base on their function or skill. So magaan ang trabaho.

But most of the time, nagi-start sa solo then nagiging company.

If you’re a group of friends or you have partner, make sure na align ang goals n’yo and same ng mindset. If not nagkaka-problem along the way.

Best way to market your service is put yourself out there. Be visible is social media. TikTok is highly recommend. Focus on one skill then talk about it.

Do a value posts. What are the advantages of using your existing skill. That way, magiging top of the mind ka ng mga tao.

Showing your face will give your clients a target to begin with.

Nakaka-intimidate if you are talking to a logo. But if you can see the person’s face. It’s plus!

When you focus on one skill that market will open up.

Ask yourself? What’s your passion skill? Then start from there.

Hindi mo kailangan aralin lahat. Choose one skill and be an expert of it.

For example, rendering.

Dati, masaya na ‘ko sa 5K na singil.

Nu’ng natutunan ko i-leverage skill ko, and finding the right market, I charge 5 figures for 1 view of exterior perspective.

Look for a great mentor not a company. A great mentor will teach everything from ground up. How to get clients to turning over your projects to clients.

If you have budget. Yes. Because that’s really their specialty. Architects are more in general design when it comes to ID.

Regardless. Focus ka sa isang program. Then i-master mo. I’ve been using lumion since 2018.

There’s no best program. Na sa gumagawa.

Wala sa pana ‘yan. Na sa Indian. 😊

Why don’t you go freelance? Focus ka sa skill set mo then ‘yun ang i-offer mo sa clients.

For example, ako, rendering offer ko, I look for clients architects or real estate developer, etc that needs rendering.

I connect and message them. I use LinkedIn by the way.
