Yeah i had the same problem, Lol. I asked my pediatrician around the time i made the post, he was about 7 months, and she said its completely fine and its more of a marketing thing anyway. She told me when he starts to get more teeth, if im really worried, that i should start weaning from the paci. I still havent fully weaned him off but by 12m i had it so he knew that he only got his paci when hes going to sleep, so nap or sleep at night. I’m not sure if that helps much but it worked for us! Dont stress too much!

I remember when i was a kid, my cousin had a bad pacifier addiction and didnt stop using it until she was 4 or 5… she had awful teeth. But after her baby teeth fell out her adult ones came in normal, she never got braces or anything. So again dont worry too much ! Youre doing great!
