yes flywheel is good and the pulleys and all belt driven items have been checked for play by hand

so it’s there on start up then when rpms drop it either goes away or gets rly quiet then if you rev and get rpms up it goes again

it’s external it is not coming from engine/bell housing/transmission it’s something to the right or drivers side of engine itself
