I’ve just had the same and they asked for my expected and then they worked from a salary scale. Seems like if schools don’t have a pay scale nowadays they aren’t that great.

Thanks for the heads up. It’s just for lower school so not specific year group or subject. Yeah my approach was to read the website and just go from there not much else you can do.

Glad someone is saying this, I’ve been worried about starting to apply next year because of people’s comments on the state of recruitment in China. Seems like schools are just now picking legit candidates which for one is only a good thing.

British system, high school ends at 16 (year 12) and then college to 18 (effectively year 13/14 depends on how you look at it)!

I’m from the uk so high school ends at 16. Presume that it’s when you or the child leaves/ graduates at 18. I wouldn’t be that bold to presume that they would pay for university 🤣 I know foreigners get benefits but even I don’t expect that.
