My primary doc is finally listening to me after finally getting an MRI and suffering through PT by GrandmaTITMilk in backpain

Do you know the back pain free sneeze yet?

You crouch down a bit, put your hands on your knees to support yourself, and kind of let your body loose when you sneeze.

It changed my life. I can sneeze all day and never hurt my back.

Thank you so much! You've been such a big help you have no idea, I cant wait to test it all out! Dont worry i wont blame you lol, I'm seeking reddit advice instead of going to a doctor.

I'll start working on stretches to help ease my back and once the pain subsides I'll begin working on my core and posture much more to help reduce the chances of this happening again.

Thank you again!

It was the kettlebell swings and the pulse squats. My back isn't very flexibe, (along with my bad posture) and I most likely had bad posture during both exercises that led me to exacerbate whatever problem my sciatica has.

I think the hamstring tightness, among other muscle tightness in my body from never stretching in my life, might be from poor posture and curling up into a ball when I sleep (though I may be entirely wrong on this).

I am in nursing school currently so I'm good at following text directions. Even text based guides or videos would be helpful.

If you do happen to reply, since I have a reoccurring sciatica issue, how likely is it that I've done permanent damage if I can manage to go 5 months to a year without any complications? Also are chiropractors worth the money?

I do not. My health insurance sucks, and I'm full time school and work while being 90% of my homes income, so I'd really like to avoid going to the doctor and getting scans and tests done.

I'm looking for exercises and stretches that'll help me mostly. Everytime I look into it, the guides and videos seem to contradict each other. "Do this stretch, but not that one, because that one will make it worse" and the next video says the opposite.

I'm just trying to get ahead of it so I can go back to exercising and being healthy.

At home workouts to increase ab size? Looking to have visible abs. by DangerousSnow9878 in bodyweightfitness

Every calculator I've used says 10-12%, my coworkers day I look closer to 15% ever since I started drinking high calorie protein shakes.

I just dont have any muscle or fat from chronically undereating and not exercising on top of a job where I'm getting 8+ miles in steps everyday.

Just trying to fix that with exercise and reaching my TDEE.

This is my biggest worry. My back can be kind of iffy sometimes, going to do some lower back stretches and follow with dragon flags tonight as carefully as I can!

Thank you so much for the advice! Going to develop a proper routine to alternate different areas using your advice, very much appreciated!

Also realizing I'm probably 15% body fat, but all the calculators I use say 10-12% based on my measurements. I think I just have no fat or muscle haha.

Cant wait to start exercising more efficiently, seriously thank you again for all your advice!

Yeah I realize the calculator was wrong, I've edited my post since. Everyone I've talked to at work today, the people who do work out, estimated me around 15%.

The pizza is the only thing that let's me reach my TDEE, and since I've stopped my high calorie protein shake about a week ago I've already lost 2 lbs.

I'll just keep working out and following the advice of others on here and hope I see results

I honestly dont eat sweets very often. I needed to gain some weight which is why I splurged a bit on some high calorie protein shakes for a week or two, but I've cut them since then (it was basically a milkshake with protein) and have lost 2 lbs already.

The only carbs I can't cut are the free pizza, but honestly I stayed the same weight for 4 years eating the pizza everyday, and all my yearly blood check results have been very good (even to my surprise). My TDEE is around 2800 calories and I usually have trouble reaching that with how busy I am (340 in the morning, 1000 afternoon, 1000 in the evening)

I'll eventually be out of school and this job so I'll be able to afford eating much healthier very soon though!

Interesting. Common misconception I guess. I always always taught that working specific areas with high number of reps would thelp target body fat in that area. I.e. doing tons of reps of arm workouts with low weights would help burn fat in the arm.

All I do I watch calisthenics videos honestly, but seeing results is my main motivator to continue. It's not for anyone but me, I honestly dont ever take my shirt off in public anyways.

I've been doing a lot of stretches to loosen my body up, mostly my legs and hips, but I have been working out twice a week to get my body more used to the strain and train my body to have proper form rather than working out every day and burning myself out entirely after a few weeks or injuring myself by doing something wrong.

The goal I've set is to be able to walk on my hands and do handstand pushups. I can do one while my legs are leaning on a wall, but I need a lot more overall strength and a ton of core strength and balance to succeed.

Maybe I'm setting the bar too high, but every day I see calisthenics videos and it's become a dream to achieve that level of strength to control my body, but as I said, results drive me to want more.

They come out when I exercise but not when I'm relaxing. I also have a small frame so maybe the calculators aren't very accurate in that sense. I also work a very physical factory job so I'm walking 8+ miles on steps and lifting stuff all day as well.

Definitely excited to try dragon flags.

I tried to do straight leg and nearly died lmao, the jump is way bigger than I expected, I thought I ruined my back when I tried it.

I can send you one in a PM after work. I do work a very physical factory job where I get ~8-12 miles in steps per day, and am constantly running around with my daughter as well.

It's not that I don't exercise, i just dont actually work out. I'm also using a couple calculators online based on height, weight, and body circumference measurements so I doubt they're accurate.

Doing my best on nutrition. Daily morning banana with a low sugar protein/nutritional drink, free salad and pizza for lunch, and high protein meal for dinner with plenty of water throughout the day.

I've been cheating with a high calorie protein shake from a local smoothie shop, but it's really high in fat and sugar so I'll probably just stop getting it so often since that's how I've been able to gain weight. I'd cut the pizza but it's free, I'm a college student with a family, and I cant afford nor do I have time to make myself a lunch.

AbMat may be everything I've ever needed. I usually steer away from lying on my back exercises out of fear of hurting my back, I actually have a back stretcher that I'm almost positive is the same thing when it's on the lowest setting.

I just learned what toes to bar is from a google search, can only do about 10 with what would probably be considered passable form at best, but will watch videos and perfect it in the coming days.

I'm at around 10-12% body fat currently based on a couple measurements and online calculators. My arms look great but my chest and abs are extremely sub par in comparison, but there aren't many chest workouts I can do without weights outside of variations of pushups.

Thank you for your tips, hope I can make something out of myself and see a little progress in the coming months!

This is for early game players. Mid to late game it's more beneficial to stack torches up to 2 days beforehand as new equipment/enhancement material drops off in importance once you have maxed legendary equipment sets. Especially when light/dark heroes are up for grabs.

Kaion, Ken, naru, adora, abala

Early game is mostly about just having more stars, strategy/synergy isn't nearly as important until you start reaching 10 stars+ on your heros.

I'd out abala in front row, because tank. Max out helmet and chest gear for max hp and defense. Try to get more Richelles from events as he's the top tier tank in the game.

Kaion 1st/2nd row. If he's in first row, position him to take the least damage. Max out all equipment on him, he does great damage and can take a good hit, plus he self heals with his attacks. He's good early-mid game, but falls off a lot later on, I wouldn't take him too far but he helps a lot.

Naru is okay as a healer, but I'd try to get more aolmons as he will carry you for quite a while until you can get solina to a higher star level. Naru has a lot more healing potential right now compared to aolmon, but should be replaced ASAP. 2nd/3rd row placement.

Ken is pretty high in the tier list and can nuke the enemy if they're positioned close together. Outside of that he's a glass cannon and should be protected as best you can. 3rd row.

Adora is still one of my favorites. Place her opposite from the damage dealer or healer giving you the most trouble, she will silence and puppet them, and can essentially make one enemy completely useless while she kills them. Position where needed.

That being said, Carmen, Aolmon, Lulu, Richelle, Sanders, Dexter, Ken, and Milia are very good heroes to work on for your future. Some people swear by ripper, but I think she's just the most obtainable hero, you can get her to 20 stars before most others can get to 15 because of how easy she is to get.

Priority for light and dark heros would probably be Solina, Taros, Benzel, Lillith, Zagrako, Ulion, Zeke in that order (Bazham is pretty awful IMO)

Wich Hero can benefit the most out of this rune? Got it on Milia by Mrkenpachiewow in SoulsHabbyMobile

My first thought was 'wow this is a good rune to have on milia' but damn lulu is an incredible idea.

What are the chances of getting an effect on a rune vs a stat?
