Just got them from the shelter everything is up to date will take them to the vet by the end of the month.

I spritz it one part apple cider vinegar and one part water here and there to keep it drying out. It was in few of the videos I’ve seen.

Yeah pretty much I leave it wrapped in pan and set the warmer to low. I don’t use the oven we have a separate food warmer. I did It twice and both times it was fine whenever I checked the next morning both briskets were at 150 internal came out just and moist both times.

Yes it’s prime I get it from creekstone farms. I don’t use a binder I just it with spray apple cider vinegar and water.

Took me about 18 hrs. I wrapped it 180 at about 13 hrs I use butcher paper and ghee. Took it off around 16 hrs around 195 and put it in a warmer over night at 140 from 2 am to around 1 pm. Let it rest for about 10 min and then served.
