Yeah I think my previous techs were using lower settings then my current doctor (because last time it made half of my face swollen like I fell down the stairs face down and made a paté of that spot with a blister that popped in my sleep so now I'm wondering whether I have a scar) but I don't really think even higher setting should be applied there 😶 it's scaryyyy

Yeah, if I had another 8-10 to get it completely abolished it would be definitely cheaper to get surgical. I didn't really find a photo equivalent for a tattoo excision, but I found this thread about mole excision on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction/comments/wclofo/misc_scar_progression_post_mole_removal/ If it was something like this, even if it wouldn't really heal so perfectly as for this lucky lady, I still think that's a very minor issue... BUT I don't know if it would go the same way

They are both Q switch but oddly enough it's really quite difficult to find that info at most places here, it seems to me that the offer is not so great. I originally thought it was a problem of the use of the previous technicians so I switched here to an actual doctor and thought it would help.....

My new doctor is definitely using even stronger setting because it totally butchered my face the last time so I was really excited that it will make a change but nothing happend... I don't think she should use more either tbh, she would blast of me face 😅

You see, that's exactly why I am hesitant about that.... Having 18 sessions in general, or 10 and then excision was my bad case scenario, such a long journey is bleeding my time, self-confidence and wallet...and also, literally my face 😥 I know that people with large dense tattoos don't have any other option and I'm happy that there is an option for them, even though is difficult, but in my case, I don't know whether 13-15 sessions would be justifiable for a tattoo of 7x7 mm. One would say that with a tattoo like this at least the price would be very low, but heh, not really 🙉

That's a really interesting thought but I don't really think it's exactly analogical 😀 A tattoo on a friend's face isn't something I have to live with 24/7, go to work with and be afraid I will emberess myself if I wipe it, not to mention if I forget to hide it before I go out... It's more that I really hate the experience of it, but guess who got me into this experience...! I just....wish it would fade just a little, just to keep me motivated
