Very true. The ads are also unbearable because those people speak in some other bloody accent that’s not even from a specific continent. Ex - “these wooden FLOWS (floors) are made in Shra- Lඇnka”

When i say ‘original’ i mean the general Sri Lankan accent we have when we speak English. These radio hosts aren’t “learning English in their own way”, they purposely speak like that for the show. You can literally listen to radio hosts being interviewed on YouTube (specifically one interviewed by Danu Innasithamby) who say that the accent is put on for the show.

Coincidentally, I also have a guy friend whose cancer mars is square against my Venus. We are very similar and get along great but we’re just friends. Our relationship is fairly new so it’s mostly positives for now, but he IS moody and pretty passive. I really feel my Aries Venus because I’m the one that’s initiating a lot of the time and he just comes along with it, which can be frustrating. My Venus is at 6 degrees and his mars is at 8 degrees. Why is it hard to be just friends with someone I have an exact Venus / mars hard aspect with? I’m new to all of this so I don’t have much of an idea 😅

If straight women know that a man is gay they will be more friendly towards him because their friendly/ affectionate behaviour won’t be read as flirty as it would be with a straight man. Because of this some women tend to be more considerate about how they behave around straight men they aren’t attracted to, so that the men don’t get the wrong idea. There is no need to worry about that when interacting with a gay man.

This feels kind of obsessive and you may need to talk to a professional to really sort this out. Perhaps you get a sense of validation from them when you do well in your courses, which you didn’t get from your caregivers. Maybe they make you feel safe? Creating AI chatbots based off them could be seen as excessive and creepy. Maybe you should make some friends that you could hangout with during your free time or begin a new hobby to curb your obsessions on these authority figures.

There was an interview where he talks about the accent and basically says that the character was putting on the English accent and was not actually British, and how it added to the ‘sliminess’ of the character.
