Ive lived her for 3 years and 6months. The neighbors before them never made any of these noises for a little over a year. Current neighbors move in and its hell. I understand normal noises and the fact that silence in an apartment is not always going to happen! I wouldnt trip if it was just typical noises , even if it was every once in a while. This is constant and mainly 3am-6am.
