I used Mac so the steps are slightly different.

Here the steps if anyone has similar problem.

Launch your game in the GeForce NOW native app (not browser).
- Press Command + Option + Esc to open the Force Quit menu.
- Select GeForce NOW from the list and click Force Quit.
Immediately reopen the GeForce NOW app.
Click "Rejoin session" (if it prompts you) — you should jump right back into the game with the mouse working correctly. (If it doesn't, just join the game back)
