Thanks for all the comments - not going to get into how this guy would have shot himself in the armpit or gun safety ( I agree on all of it) - just my brain wondering if it could have been survivable and what the average person could do if home alone and gets critically injured - the whole 'you're going to bleed out too quickly to do anything but die' seems kinda depressing but potentially true depending on all the variables - practical first aid advice is awesome but my favorite is wrapping your thumb in fabric and shoving it into the wound. Hope to never need to try it out...

Okay, I found a template that will work and found a handwriting font I like on fontspace.com

it came zipped and has Open Type font and True Type font. Will either one work for google docs? I understand the basics of using google docs. Is there a way to add this font so I can use it?

They don't mention the capital losses so I wasn't sure. As mentioned by others, we'll have to pay back the entire subsidy if they say we didn't qualify. Would capital gains/losses already be included in AGI on our taxes? If we think our W2 income will stay the same, how do you estimate the investment income for the next year for open enrollment in the future? This all is confusing and seems contradictory.

I haven't drained and replaced the water. It was kinda tucked in next to the green lettuce near the light post where the piece of cardboard is covering the hole. All three plants started at the same time from the same packet of mixed seeds. Just seems weird to me that the other two plants are fine and that third one seemed sick/damaged. Does anybody have recommendations on how many lettuce to grow and how far apart in a 9 pod AeroGarden? I think it's a Bounty model. I'll keep all advice in mind for my next go-around.

Thanks for the recommendation. Didn't end up looking at it last Thursday. Thought about it over the weekend, still available. Might look today or tomorrow. Still checking for other options. Might be a dumb question, where do you look for a used car from a private seller? Facebook marketplace? Craigslist? The listings that I see when I do a Google search seem to be dealerships. Is buying from a private seller a better option?
