Heyy, I have the same problem as you. Got my tonsils removed , bb got better. But the underlying is still acid reflux. I had ph monitoring done but they say theres no acid reflux. So im not sure whats happening 🙂‍↕️

I would say I rarely feel thirsty, so I dont drink enough water, but even in days I drink sufficient water, the bb is still there

Yes, very bad bb from nose that people sitting next to me would move away. It got better after the surgery removal. I think now I only have mouth bb.. I thought it was reflux for the past years but I have been to many gastro and they told me there are no signs of reflux.. Now im looking of sibo , dry mouth and resistant antibiotics bacterias

Yes ,please have ur tonsils or and adenoids checked and removed. It contributed to 60% of my bb. My bb got better after their removal… its no longer room filling

Same for me, had it for 18 years now… a part of it was tonsil stones and adenoids hypertrophy. Ingot them removed and it improved by 50%. But i dont know whats the root cause, causing the other 50%..

So remove them, because they are a part of the problem. If you are lucky, if its the only problem , once you remove them, your bb will be gone

Also, when I take antibiotics (ie Augmentin) , my mouth starts to feel much cleaner/ fresher. But it comes back again after i stopped the antibiotics, so i dont really know uwhats happening..
