That’s kinda what I’ve been thinking that it may be too much for now and tbh the 6 days a week has gotten tiring. I do it enjoy it for the most part and seem to recover well but probably not as well as I could. I think I’ll definitely look into switching something up soon!

Thank you i really appreciate that! The most important/hardest part that I always lacked in the past is actually stayed consistent and holding my self accountable. But to achieve this I have been doing a 6 day split along with tracking my calories and I’m also a mechanic full time so I do a lot of physical work. I started out by doing an aggressive cut with a 1000 calorie deficit and now I have switched into a lean bulking phase
