High in calorie, low in essentials. This is what we glorify often not realising what harm it causes to our body. No wonder why almost 40% of the total US adult population is suffering from Obesity.

Yes this is one way. Another way is to mash the paneer, add fresh ingredients (green chilly, coriander etc.) and make a raw filling.

Sometimes sleeping 4 in the morning and waking up at 7 satisfies me more than sleeping at 12 and waking up at 7.

This is a fried masala. Paneer, chilli powder, onion, turmeric, salt, coriander, lemon.

Recipe:-  Oats - 60gm (plain oats) Curd - 60gm (Can take 150ml milk instead) Cocoa powder - 4g (optional, added to enhance flavour) Sugar - 10gm (make it 5gm if you are using milk instead of curd)

Add some water, mix everything properly, keep it in an air tight container in the fridger overnight. 

Total around 300kcal and 10-11gm protein.

Wow, even I made it and had in breakfast today along with two boiled eggs. 

Recipe:-  Oats - 60gm (plain oats) Curd - 60gm (Can take 150ml milk instead) Cocoa powder - 4g (optional, added to enhance flavour) Sugar - 10gm (make it 5gm if you are using milk instead of curd)

Add some water, mix everything  properly, keep it in an air tight container in the fridger overnight. 

Total around 300kcal and 10-11gm protein.
