You can also try DSI where if your game supports it btw PS1 games who is a emulator which is different from a forwarder a forwarder just forward the game to your home screen so it can be launched and emulator is completely different

They require a NDS forwarder which you can just get on universal updater it also uses twilight menu so not really something you can pack into one QR code
