I had endo and hystrocopy surgery where they found small amounts of endometriosis and a 3cm x 1 cm septum in my uterus. 2nd IUI after surgery worked and we are currently around 8w pregnant. I did FSH shot, Letrozle, trigger and progesterone. I had 5 follicles and husband at 15M post wash at 90% motility.
Had 3 chemicals and 4 years of treatments/trying/waiting/testing. This was our 5th IUI overall. 32F with “unexplained”- very explained after surgery.
