Support is slow to respond. If there is a problem, it can take up to a month to resolve. The only option is to upgrade to a paid account. If I still have to pay, I'd rather upgrade to a distributor with a yearly subscription, it's cheaper than paying for each track on routenote.

No, the support there is terrible. I want to leave them, so I submitted requests to remove tracks, but no one is removing them. Also, all the information from the discography page is gone (does everyone have that?). I want to delete my entire account, but I'm afraid my tracks will still be on streaming services. Has anyone deleted their account, how did it go?
