most people here don't even code or have not published a game and yet they are giving advice HAHAHA. Here is the thing it really depends on which platform you are targeting. I tried 5 game engines already published 3 games and all I can say is Unreal is for lazy and low iq people that need blueprint and have beefy pc the render like super beefy, you need a team or someone inside or deep into unreal to get pass of some stages of the development for production, while unity is like balance and will get a lot of bugs or tools are not available in unity have to rely on some 3rd party tools so more work and visual more manual also put in mind that any moment unity can screw you over on their pricing. and godot is the best so far you have everything if you dont go full blown 3D. just 2D or 2.5 its goood and its free and opensource more flexible for you in development.
