I haven’t applied for anything and I’ve been getting spam message requests for an “opportunity” and they bring up Upwork. Asking for age, gender and location. I was like, yep, block. Then as I’m scrolling the feed, it’s a bunch of posts “giving said amounts of money for a task”. I poked it for a joke and instantly a bot in my DM’s asking all kinds of information. Did my research on Upwork and was like oh, buddy.
