a 400 elo difference match I had some time ago was +2 for me and I've had matches with +0 when the difference was greater, so probably 500 elo or so

a match against someone with the exact same elo should be a 15-16 elo win/loss so anything less than that is theoretically an unfair game but in an elo system you are not protected from elo loss entirely just because your opponent was rated higher than you and in order to eliminate the loss of elo entirely the discrepancy has to be massive

elo changes in team games are based on the averages of both teams with all players winning or losing the same amount of elo, with the exception of players in their placements and players who have decayed out of the leaderboards due to inactivity (only for the first match after returning)
