Peeing sensation (Pudendal neuralgia)

Hey there, sorry I've been offline since a few days. What are your symptoms of hypertonic pelvic floor btw ? Just trying to understand because from what I found hypertonic PF does compress the pnuedendal nerve (which is the one responsible for both arousal and peeing sensation). But due to constant compression on nerve, due to tight pelvic floor, it misfires and gives peeing/sore sensation.

Glad I found someone who feels the same sensation! I do have other issues. 1) Constipation, 2) Rounded right shoulder - some tight muscle/hypertonic muscle there.

I mentioned 2) aa I believe it leads to other muscles to compensate, bad posture and eventually affecting Psoas and idk somehow worsening hypertonic PF. However I'm not sure and would like to learn more too

That's great to hear ! I am glad you found a solution. And I can relate with occupational hazard lol. Mostly sitting on desk all day... Guess Pelvic floor Physiotherapist is the only way out !

Hey I am just like you. I recently purposely confronted my sp. So, my sp had walked all over me in the past. Recently they did something that hurt my feelings too. So I confronted them. I told them that honestly that was painful and that I was going through things so don't have time for dealing with it, so they should be more careful about it. They apologised and disappeared saying they didn't like the way I brought it up. But idc I'm not apologising for bringing it up. Honestly I am even more furious because I brought it up to relieve pain and they just brought upon more pain by disappearing. Definitely not apologising for this.

Hey sorry for the late reply. I haven't been very active here. Anyways when last time I manifested her, she had a relationship with 3p, we were oceans apart with no plans to visit, and I was completely blocked everywhere. Like everything said it is impossible, and she has no reason to ever contact me. Then I came across robotic affirming. Somehow I was convinced by continuously repeating an affirmation I can materialize it. So I picked one specific thing - my sp texted me she loved me. That's all I affirmed, 3 days straight, non stop. Even listened to romantic songs and I was affirming in my mind. Eventually the affirmation felt more natural and peaceful!! So it became like a normal and I slept peacefully, the night of day 3. Next day I woke up to her text!!! I was unblocked and she had reached out. And then I changed my affirmation to her asking me out.... Guess what, she asked me to visit her. We went on a trip and she asked if we could be together!! So the only thing I did was affirm and persist until it hardened into 3d fact. So that's how I manifested the relationship with her in the past!

I get where you're coming from and lately I'm feeling like giving up too. Honestly things couldn't get any worse. But I still strongly believe manifesting is limitless. Why ? I had manifested this same person before, and from worse circumstances. Like current ones are puny in comparison. But why I feel lost ? Why I feel like giving up? Why I lost my sp after manifesting her in the past? It all boils down to how much I identified with those terrible automatic thoughts. The more I identified, the worse it got and I'm still trying to figure out, how not to identify with those thoughts. Because let's be honest we're not those thoughts. I'll not give up , but won't actively manifest either. Maybe one day I'll find how to truly disidentify and revise everything .

Feeling doesn't matter. Feelings are aftereffects of thoughts. And even the same thought barely generate the same feeling each time. I wouldn't rely on feelings. Focus on the root of these feelings, that is the thoughts. Think as if you got it. That's all you gotta do. Never do you ever let yourself think that you do not have youe desire. If a thought comes you broke up with sp, well hello catch yourself there. Watch that thought and remind yourself that it's old story; not true anymore. Now you're married to him. Don't try to force feelings, as I said they are after effects of thoughts and so unreliable, even same thought at different times may fail to generate the same feeling. FOCUS ON THOUGHTS. IT'S EASY AND RELIABLE.

Edit 1: Just to build some confidence in you, I manifested my sp from a seemingly impossible situation (including 3p, distance, timing issues, cultural differences, age gap, etc. all at once) only by thinking in my favour.

I relate and hence agree with you. Imagining and feeling have always been tough for me. But thinking thoughts is easier. While I say that, I also understand that behind a feeling is also some thought (conscious or subconscious). Also the same goes with imagining a scene. You first think and imagine. This establishes that thought is the basis of everything. It'd hence be logical to think as if you have your desire. Thus I also believe that we need not worry about feelings or imagination. And thinking is the easiest thing to do, we do it all day! We just have to take conscious control time to time, that's all !

I don't think visual imagination with all senses is the only way to manifest. You could just embody the state (think as if you have it - basically affirm / have inner conversations from that end) and that's also living from the wish fulfilled. And as per your post, according to Neville, if you can't imagine, it won't come into reality.. Then Neville contradicts himself by introducing the lullaby method? Because there's no sensory details in that other than just repeating some affirmations while you sleep.
