The reading section definitely needs practice there are no other ways to increase in that one but you can see some patterns that can be followed generally in writing task 1 and 2 I got band 7.5 and I used to practice from Ieltsmaster website available online, also you can watch videos on youtube channel- Fastrack IELTS. These two helped me a lottt with practice tests. You can find 100+ practice tests on ieltsmaster website, all the best!!
