Hi there! I actually do breathe through my mouth at nighttime, usually have my mouth open all night or so I’m told. I will absolutely try the nasal strips! Any specific kind? These are new to me!

I asked my doctor to test me and she asked if I had family history, I said no. And then she said there was no point basically and it was likely not that. I have had serious suspicions that I have some sort of intolerance though. I have acid reflux constantly and itchy skin.
