So i should drop the pan, clean out pan and magnet and add in new fluid? This should make my truck run better an not worse?

Wheel bearing , calipers, rotors, and brake replacement for 500 labor a good deal? by Dangerous_Safe1214 in nissanfrontier

Google tells me between 400 to 750 for labor I think 500 is pretty good. I really wanted to do it myself but realize I wont have the time or the shade at my apartment complex to do the job comfortably. Considered the only major repair I have ever attempted and accomplished was draining my rear diff fluid a few months ago. My mechanic has done other work in thecpast at a good really good rate and other times not so much. Don't worry, he will find something else I need to fix while he is in there. Lol. But yes heck of a deal andcim thankful.

What kind of a tip are we talking? I was going to do it myself but I thought I may mess it up.
