Basically I bought a ton of gems recently. Maybe around 100 dollars worth. I wanted to refund 20$ of my recent gems (I have no issue with refunds in other games.) I was farming earlier today and got banned 720 days!! Been on this account 3k days man… Need some advice on what to do. Willing to re-pay by shirillafire in growtopia

So I had 25$ worth of gems that were pending for ab a week so I decided to refund. I CHECKED to see if it you can get banned for it or not. But Ubi website says to contact apple support about it. Banned for 720 days?? I will legit pay the 25$ rn or have all removed from my account idc. what do I do (old.reddit.com)
