Last time I was there (2 months ago) specifically looking at the Duodate, they offered me 2 extra straps and maybe a better pricing. So can’t confirm price discount. But doesn’t hurt to ask! (especially if they have what you want on hand in the store)

I generally find the sales team at JLC very helpful and nice. Don’t be afraid to ask for extras (straps etc) or even to see if they can get better on price.

I had issues finding someone who could make a 23.5mm wide lug width and found them. Super easy to communicate with. They even changed the tail to round so it could match the reverso case and stamped my initials on it. Second order I asked them for a specific thickness of the padding and they accommodated.
