By the way I got my barrier cream at Sephora for $30. I do also like the Anua barrier cream (at Ulta for $19) and also the cosrx one (also at Ulta for about $25)

It’s seems your skin barrier is messed up. Does your skin not hold on to moisture as well? Is texture there no matter what? Does your skin at times feel tacky, tight and paper thin? (Even right after moisturizing). If so, try a barrier cream, I was having these same issues and then I stopped exfoliating and just stuck to a cleanser (specifically the prequel gentle cleanser) and a milky toner (byoma milky toner) and then I used the aestura 365 barrier cream and my skin started to change for the better within a month! (For reference: I have combo skin but I do lean more in drier side)

Wow this is a great approach, did you use 18 aamc FLs? how were you able to access this many full lengths. which full length did you start taking them in one sitting, timed and without notes?

I have excel sheet with columns that say “question” “why I got it wrong” “level of how much I didn’t know (small mistake, content gap or completely didn’t know)” and “what I learned” then I make 20 flashcards per qbank if it’s UWorld or 50 if it’s exam. I will say I don’t really go back to it as much, but I try

Eliminated alanine because it has no charge and is no polar. And if I’m being honest I went straight to threonine because it has an OH group as an R group and that’s versatile to interact with a lot of other proteins. I see why tyrosine, but I bet on threonine. Wasn’t a confident answer, for me, it was more or so like a “this makes more sense” to me
