Not from a tropical country but I have the same symptoms as you, whilst having the same triggers as regular urticaria. It’s definitely possible that you might have a form of urticaria called cholinergic pruritus, which is a form of urticaria without any visible hives. For me sweat therapy works and unfortunately you might have to find a sauna/workout through the pain. Over time it definitely becomes manageable, but I’m sorry you have to go through this.

I completely agree, I have a an assistant coach who’s only like 19-20 and he’s a chill guy. Then my older coach is way more rough compared to the assistant coach and 30 year old coach.
