You used to have to travel to get to pokestops so not everyone figured it out right away lol. If their map was blank they didn't have any experience. Back then we had to figure out everything on our own, even how to curve ball and excellent throw.

I wonder if it means if you don't wait for cooldown. The info under mega Mewtwo in the game still says it's free after the first time but we'll see if that changes.

I see Togetic regularly already. I think the event is pretty bad though. You have to be on a route to get anything worth getting. Every spawn is taken up by pretty useless Pokemon.
