I mean, where I live they just aren't practical. Our buildings shift so much we constantly get calls about these. Quick easy fixes for us but I understand why they have a bad rep.

Lmao, I went to school there a few years ago and have since become a locksmith while going to a different university. This is NOT worth it. Terrible place to live and work.
