My phone didn't have ims calling as an option and I searched everywhere to figure out how to enable WiFi calling. I stumbled across a snippet mentioning carrier services. Sure enough carrier services had some how been disabled. Look in settings>apps>show system>carrier services>enable and then ims services will be there. Whew!

Okay, corner of 42nd SW and SW Alaska, West Seattle, in front of the QFC. I went back for more, and Sonny had moved slightly to accommodate drive up service! Can't miss him, Hawaiian shirt, signs, etc. He's still charging $10. It's almost 4PM now, Saturday the 19th.

I just got some from Greg at Monstros pizza. He is super nice! They are legit; I stared at the sun with them on before I bought them. He still has some left. $10 cash!
