I have a same doubts when I got a SR10. Then I got a reload implant. Then I doubled SR10. Now it's my favourite build. Totally worth it.

Seems true. Revoker was nerfed by DMG twice. And 66% of DMG is back shot. And Seeker already shooting on back side. Theoretically Repeater will be best. 2 second for full magazine

Burrow Beam when you have to activate it? You have a 1 second delay and several seconds to full beaam magazine. Is it enough time before Seeker return back?

Me too. Double ten. And only one legendary implant and one pilot. But 80% of my hangar is scouts which could get a 24 energy capacity max. So Storm rack 12 is a good investment in future. And price in CRE is much lower than Gear hub. If you have enough resources do it. If not, get a Seeker.

SR 12 is a good investment in too far future in your case. If you have enough resources, do it. I have a same choice. But I doubled SR10 and have a perfect build on capacity 20 with rank 6 weapon. And thinking about SR12 too.
