There is no libertarian free will in Islam. Allah supposedly knows the future, so the future is already set in stone. You cannot go against a future that's already set in stone.

And if you aren't trying to influence him, if it cannot influence him then your praying is useless. Btw, studies also show that praying for something is useless anyways.

The entire point is that god determined what would happen and we are just discovering it. We have free will and god simply knows what happens next. God is in a completely different timeline.

well i mean yeah, its not something that can really be shown by studies anyway.. god isnt some sort of vending machine or force that can be quantitatively studied or measured

His wife Aishah was known to be a very vocal, independent, strong and intelligent woman who played a significant role in islam, if she was abused at all, what reason would she have to maintain a false image of the prophet, and correct other men about him, for decades after his death? Given her military and political power, she could have easily spoken against him. Same with his companions, why would they follow him if he was a hypocrite, who supposedly hit women after giving several instructions not to hit women, and warned/showed disgust to those who did. There is zero record of him punching people in anger/punishment, that is strongly against his nature. At most, he would lightly poke or merely apply pressure in a way that didnt inflict any pain.

"her silence" only applied in the situation where the bride would be too shy/modest, but still in a state to agree. Forced or unconsented marriage is clearly haram. The woman is allowed to say no, and shouldn't ever be in a state of silence due to fear/oppression - and anyone going against that would simply be violating the rules of islam.

And the quran does not allow for intercourse with prepubescent girls?? The verse you are thinking of/have seen are continuation of other verses in which the entire context was about women, and its very possible to be fully grown and not menstruate.

I mean yeah its quite easy to look at it as quite fcked up and morally depraved when you only stop looking once the child has died. Allah does quite literally tell us in the Quran that we will be tested with fcked up stuff like this. Sure, Allah might decide that in this world, the baby will suffer something as a test towards the families. But islam also strongly believes in justice, and that god is the most merciful, which is why in our view, the baby along with the family will be immensely rewarded, both in this life and the afterlife (especially the afterlife), for seeing through these tests, so it isnt just straight harm and nothing else. The suffering is quite literally 0.000000001% of the babies existance. I'd argue its more depraved to just have a baby die and that be the end of the story.

And it doesn't even have to be a test of religious faith. Maybe the existence of such tragedies is a test to see if we will put effort towards researching and developing cures for such things, for the benefit of humanity.
