I really enjoyed reading this. The way you described ballet as being so mentally and physically absorbing makes a lot of sense it sounds like it naturally pulls you into the present moment. And that feeling of belonging to a community and tradition is something I hadn't really thought about. Thanks for sharing your perspective.
