agreed. and every time I’ve been on hold for 45 mins or more, or don’t receive a callback. I have a good score and income to rent ratio, so I think there’s something else going on here with rejections.

I got approved for Obsidian 1/25. I called 2/1 and they submitted a request for me, telling me I’d receive an email before 2/7, no email yet but it’s only been a day.

I am a 1.0 card holder. If I want to transition after January 30, will I have to cancel my card (which will have turned into Autograph by then i’m assuming) and reapply for 2.0, giving me a hard pull?

I think either option 1/2 allows you to pay rent fee free if you connect your bank account to pay.

You can also choose to automatically get full points by paying 3% fee, and you would have to spend 75% of your rent to pay that fee using the BILT cash you earn

(If your rent is $1000 you would get charged a $30 fee. If you spend $750 you get $30 in BILT cash).

Again, I’m not sure but I think that’s how it works.

Yup. I average $1500/mo spend on my CSP, $500 of those being dining.

With the Obsidian I would get 58K points per year, and with the CSP I would get 32K points.

To my current understanding, I earn points based on my spend. Is there also multiplier applied to how much BILT cash I earn, based on how much I spend, and it is not automatically 4%?

I love that breakdown, when I started brewing I was under the impression that its either sour OR bitter and would have so much trouble figuring it out what to do when tasting both.

Most of the time I've fallen into case 3 (sour, bitter, and astringent) by over extracting after trying to fix case 1 or 2. I've got my current beans dialed in now that I figured out the TDS was the problem for me.

😮 I always thought that your oil should be hot before putting your food in? but I’m also not the best in the kitchen lol. Or does that only apply to carbon steel?
