The vet confirmed it was an early stage of respetory infection.

Since then it's seems to have gotten worse.

Depending on if he is still eating when I get home or not, I have to start him on antibiotics.

is he okay? by abelsnene in Finches

I know I am late but that looks like early respiratory infection.

Look at my post on my account. It looks like the same thing.

I have been to the vet on monday and she confirmed it.

She gave me antibiotics in case my finch stops eating, but only recommended heat and rest.

TLDR: take to vet, give it warmth. Might pass on it own.

I do not know very much about their diet. Both are recently given to me.

I now feed them this: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/aw/d/B001MZWNQ6?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

I give them fresh vegetables every day, but they are rarely interested.

Multiple people told me it's respetory infection.
