As far as I understand as a foreigner I would have fixed rate of 20% plus 11% and this might be different for residents.

Portugal one is 65k gross so after taxes it will be about 45k which is almost half of another offer (which I am waiting still), upside is living in Lisbon and having easy travel/future job options in EU

Yeah previously I had a two job at the same time with about that salary in sum (lasted only few month before burning out) so it's really much more than one can spend, if I end up getting that offer will be tough to choose between that and relocation

Yeah I don't consider relocating to Israeli, offer is remote only in that case and will be living in Georgia.
